ROSS, Kenneth George - age 86 of Cornwallis, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2019 in Digby Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late William and Florence Ross. Ken served in the RCN from 1950 to 1975 reaching the rank of Warrant Officer First Class. Upon retiring from Canadian Forces, he served for several years with the Corp of Commissioners' at CFB Cornwallis. Ken enjoyed travelling and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoyed gardening. He was also well-known as an incredible storyteller, whom could always make you laugh. He is survived by sisters, Joyce, Oshawa; Jacquelyn, Halifax; wife of 65 years, Mary, Cornwallis; sons, Donald, Edmonton; Robert, Moncton; Alan, Cornwallis; Peter, Oshawa; Steven, Ottawa; daughter, Stacy, Pickering; grandsons, Druce, Ottawa; Grant, Halifax; Nickolas, St. John; granddaughters, Robin, Halifax; Danielle, Sussex; Sharon, Annapolis Royal; many great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
