Died: 04 Dec 2016, Victoria, British Columbia

 

HOWARTH, William (Bill) - passed peacefully, aged 93, on December 4th at VGH. Born in Fernie, he grew up in Port Moody. He was in the RCN from 1939-1964 and was a remedial reading teacher in Cowichan Lake from 1970 to 1985. The last two years he was healthy and cheerful in Broadmead Care; the family sends special thanks to the people there. The funeral will take place at the Church of the Advent Colwood on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 10:30 am. Bill's ashes will be interred later in God's Acre, Naval Cemetery, Esquimalt.
