SICARD, Vincent - Passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the Georgetown Hospital in the company of his family. Vincent was the loving husband of Lorraine and the late Rejeanne (1994). He will be missed by his children: Barbara and Norman Sicard, Madeleine Varley, Deane and Frank Nuttall and Colleen and Roger Sicard; his step-children: Jan and Danny Courchesne, Jocelyn and Paul Lane and Barb and Marcel Courchesne; his grandchildren: Peter and Tricia and Michelle, Craig and Derek, Shaun and Drew, Todd and Candice, Nicole and Jacqueline, Tammy, and Scott; his great-grandchildren: Beatrice and Layla, Wesley and Sadie, Ada and Eli, Emma and Darren, Andrew, Joshua and Dylan and Parker and Cooper, Carter and Bentley, Jacob and Owen and Ryan. Family and friends will be received at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, "Shoemaker Chapel", 55 Mill Street East, Acton on Wednesday, November 20th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The Legion Tribute will be held at 6:45 p.m. and followed by parish prayers. There will be a service held at St. Joseph, Patron of Canada Roman Catholic Church, 64 Church Street East, Acton on Thursday at 11 a.m. The Acton Legion will host a lunch at 12:30 p.m. The interment at Burlington Memorial Gardens, 3353 Guelph Line, Burlington will take place at 2:30 p.m. Remembrances to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated by the family.
