L/Sig Harrington's bio from HMCS Vancouver's Communication branch photo: J.C. Harrington, Leading Signalman, RCNVR - The blessed event happened at Regina in June, 1918. Joined the Navy at Regina in 1940. His former occupation is unknown but since having his finger in our canteer, we figure "Jesse James" has nothing on him.
