Tel Jean's bio from HMCS Vancouver's Communication branch photo: H.W. Jean, Telegraphist, RCNVR - Jean was born at Windsor in July, 1910. Graduated from the RCAF into the Navy in November, 1942. he is really jealous of the cocoanut because he claims that it has more hair than he has, he's right, too!
