BLANDY, Walter Stairs - Predeceased by his first wife, Nora; son Colin and daughter, Jill. Survived by his widow Frances; sister Beryl; son Peter (Ann); nephews John (Jane), Scott (Brenda), six grandchildren and one great-grandson; extended family, Jeune and Susan. Funeral to be held at St. Lukes Anglican Church, September 17, 2014 at 10:30 am. Reception to follow at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club at 2 pm.
