GILLAM, John Walter - age 40 of Halifax, Nova Scotia.It is with great sadness and regret that the Gillam family announce the sudden passing of a dear husband, father, son, grandson, brother and uncle at this home in Spryfield, NS, on August 11th, 1999.
Leaving to mourn, wife, Cheryl; son, Shawn; daughters: LeeAnn, Jennifer, and Stephanie (Nova Scotia); parents, Wilfred and Barbara Gillam (Corner Brook); grandmother, Elizabeth Reid (Corner Brook); brothers: William (Denise) of Upper Gullies, Paul (Wendy) of Peterborough, Ontario; and sister, Paula of Corner Brook, as well as nieces: Sarah and Aamie, and nephew, Joshua. Predeceased by grandparents, Walter and Louisa Gillam.
Memorial Service to be held at Halifax, NS, on August 16, 1999, followed by a private family memorial on August 17 at Lot 10, George's Lake. In lieu of flowers, tributes may be made to: SPAWN, Watershed Enhancement and Restoration John Gillam Memorial Fund, 93 West Street, Corner Brook, NF, A2H 2Y6.
