In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
BROCKLEBANK, Ronald - He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on June 3, 2013. He is survived by sisters Jeanie (Colin Bradley) and Peggy (Larry Grail) who were also at his side until he took his last breath. Brother-in-law to Pat Mitchell and Uncle Ron to many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Ron was blessed with loyal lifelong friends: Bob Holden, Ted McCabe, Bob Williams, Don Bisson, Dennis Damphousse, Charles Fider, Rainer Lange, Bob Adair, Lee Day and many more. A Master Tool and Die Maker by trade, he retired from Ford Motor Company in 2006. He proudly served in the Royal Canadian Navy and was a lifelong boater on his beloved B-Wynne. He was happiest on his 98 Harley with the wind in his face and Bev behind him riding the roads less travelled. Alzheimer’s may have taken away his memory but he will forever live on in all ours. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to the Windsor Essex Project Lifesaver to give another family the peace of mind the program gave ours.
