MEYERS, Edward (Ted) - joined the RCN in 1949 at the age of 18 and served until 1956 when he transferred to the RCAF. He retired from military service 1961-62. He served as a cook in the RCN and served in the Korean War on HMCS Cayuga for 2 tours. In retirement he authored Thunder in the Morning Calm - the Royal Canadian Navy in Korea 1950-1955
Ships served in: HMCS CAYUGA - Served in Cayuga for 2 Korean War tours. He is listed in her nominal roll of 30 Jun 1951 as an AB.CK1
