MANNING, Elwyn Richmond - 3595 Highland Avenue, general foreman at HMC Dockyard's electronic division, died yesterday. He was 51. He was born in Bridgewater, but lived most of his life in Halifax. He was the son of the late Mervyn and Maude Manning, Belmont. > From 1939 to 1945, he served with the Royal Canadian Navy. He was survived by his wife, the former Mildred Lade of New Germany, two sons, John 14, and Roy 12; two brothers, Eric and Frank, both of Moncton. His body is at Cruikshank's Funeral Home, Robie Steet, where the funeral service is Friday at 2 p.m., Rev. R. P. Matthews officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
