BUTLER, Trevor Eric Arthur, OS, died - 24 Sep 2005, HMCS WINNIPEG - Son of Master Warrant Officer Kenneth Wayne Butler and Kathy Debrah Butler of Hammonds Plains, Ns. Brother of Danielle and grandson of Cecil Butler. OS Butler was buried at sea.
BUTLER, Trevor Eric Arthur - Gone suddenly from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in British Columbia. This beloved son and brother will be cherished in the hearts of his mother, Kathy; father, Kenneth; sister, Danielle; Grampie Cecil Butler; as well as his special love, Jennifer Campbell. Trevor's loves in life included the military, hockey, motorcycles, and were only surpassed by the love of his family, friends, and many uncles, aunts and cousins. Visitation will be held in Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Rd., Halifax, from 6:30-9 p.m. on Friday, September 30, and from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 1. Military service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in Edgewood United Church, 3055 Connaught Ave., Halifax, Padre John Finlayson officiating. Reception to follow in the Chiefs and Petty Officers' Mess, Stadacona. Cremation and burial at sea to follow. Flowers accepted or donations to Canadian Cancer Society. Trevor, in your short time here, you've added so much life to everyone you've touched. "YOU ARE OUR SUPERMAN!"
