HMCS ONTARIO - Served in Ontario as a PO. PO Sadler was onboard Ontario for the Coronation Review in 1953.

(DS02) Commodore K.F. Adam, Commodore RCN Barracks, Esquimalt, presents the Charles McDonald trophy to Petty Officer David Sadler in recognition of the latter's efforts in fostering sports in the Pacific Command in 1951.  The trophy is awarded annually to the officer or man who through his achievements or efforts contributed most to sports in the Pacific Command through-out the year.
