In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
GRANGER, Harold William (Bill) - cherished father and grandfather, passed away on September 4, 2020 at Grace Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Bill had a decades long career as an electrician, working with C. Gamble Electric and Imperial Steel Products Inc. in Winnipeg. He was a proud veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy having served during the Second World War. Bill was a talented sportsman, excelling at golf, curling and bowling well into his 80s. He leaves behind daughters, Donna (Alan) and Karen (Randy); sister-in-law Kathy; granddaughters, Rachel (Mark), Sabrina (Anthony), Danielle (Richard), Courtney (Mark) and Vanessa (Rory) and great-grandchildren, Holly, Hudson, Soren, Talia, Scarlett, R'Thello and William. He will be dearly missed by sisters-in-law, Angela (Garth) and Iris and brother-in-law Bryan (Margo). Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife of 71 years, Freda; parents, Nora and Frederick Granger and siblings, Frederick and Patricia. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
