SIEBER, Thomas Joseph - It is with sadness the family announce the passing of Thomas Joseph Sieber (1922) on Sunday, August 20, 2006 with his family at his side. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his children and grandchildren, Donna (Ted) Bilewitch, Chad (Kim) and Bart.; Greg (Glynis) Sieber, David and Erin; Doug Sieber; Terri Leedahl, Jennifer (Rob) and great grandchildren, Benjamin and Zachery, Ryan and Richard; Debbie (Rick) Novakovski, Chris, Chandra, Jamie and Brett; Raymond (Andree) Sieber, Brandon, Dustin, Taylor and Zachary. He is also survived by his siblings, Sr. Regina Sieber O.S.C. and Mike Sieber. He was predeceased by his wife, Flora; daughter, Patricia Lyn; his parents, Matyas and Regina; siblings, Mathew and Annie. Dad worked for the CN and VIA for many years in North Battleford, Prince Albert and Saskatoon where he retired. His greatest love besides his grandchildren was hockey which he partook in as player, coach and spectator. He also loved golf, cross country skiing and spent many happy hours in his garden and yard. The Vigil of Prayer will be held 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2006 and the Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2006, both from St. John Bosco Roman Catholic Church, 1202 Avenue O South. Celebrant Father Ron Beechinor. Committal will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 279 3rd Avenue North, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2H8.
