SALTER, Andrew Jack (Andy) - Peacefully at St. Michael's Hospital on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 Jack passed away in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Phyllis and loving father of Sara Salter-McLean. Fondly remembered by his triplet grandchildren, Katie, Timothy and Emily; sister-in-law Robina; nieces and nephews and 'Chipper.' Predeceased by his older brother Douglas and his twin brother Dr. Robert Salter. A funeral service was held at the Anglican Church of St. Clement on Wednesday, May 11, 2011.
