In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
RAJOTTE, Robert (Bob) - On Sunday, March 14, 2021, Robert (Bob) Rajotte of Regina passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the age of 79. Bob was predeceased by his mother May Woolgar of Thunder Bay, and his father Leo Rajotte of Winnipeg. Bob is lovingly remembered by his wife, Diane; daughters Maggie (Denis) Lavoie and Nicole (Ryan) Ewart; son Rob (Diandra) Rajotte; grandchildren Missy (Dave), Toby, and Aria; great-grandchildren Cooper and Parker; eight siblings spread throughout the country; and his beloved friends. When Bob was just 17, he joined the Navy and proudly served for 10 years, based in Halifax. Bob returned to Thunder Bay in 1970 where he raised his first daughter. In 1987, he married the love of his life and moved to Regina in 1993, where he raised his two younger children. After retiring from the Canada Revenue Agency in 2012, he enjoyed spending time with his precious family, travelling, and playing a few rounds of golf. Bob enjoyed the fellowship of service clubs and was a member of Kiwanis Clubs in Thunder Bay and Regina, and most recently the Optimist Club of Regina. Bob was a thoughtful, giving, and caring person who loved his family more than anything.
