ECKERT, Clarence Gale - was born on 14 Jan 1924, in Wall, Pennington, South Dakota, USA, 1 of 6 children, to Clarence Milo and Letta Letha (Sheren) Eckheart. Clarence served as a gunner in the Canadian Navy during the Second World War. He married Georgeanna Ruth Hove in Barhead, Alberta and they had 8 children. They lived in Alaska where Clarence worked, retiring from Local 302 Operating Engineers Union. He died on 28 Oct 2005, in Nikiski, Kenai Peninsula Borough, AK, USA, at the age of 81.
