In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
CARROLL, Lorraine (née CARDINAL) - passed away peacefully at Cedarstone in Truro, Nova Scotia. Born to the late William Gordon Ray and Mildred Ida Nancy Cardinal, and raised in Prince George, BC. Lorraine joined the Navy at 18 years old. Her military career offered her the opportunity to explore and serve Canada, and to participate in a UN peacekeeping mission in Bosnia. Lorraine is predeceased by her parents, sister Bernice Cardinal, nephews Gordon, Cody, and Ian. She will be remembered by her son, Bradley Carroll (Megan), sisters Margaret Legg and Phyllis (Jim) Warren, brothers Bill (Colleen), Richard, Jim (Verna), and Garry Cardinal, grandchildren Austin Mackenzie and Poppy Carroll, family friend Ann Cherniawsky ("Mrs. C"), and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
