RICHMOND, William Allan (Al) - World War II Vet serving with RCN and in the Korean War. Retired from GE Canada after 23 years of service. Peacefully on July 20, 2021 at Riverview Manor in his 95th year. Dear son of the late George and Annie. Loving husband of the late Phyllis, the late Joyce Berwick and the late Ida (White) and Orma Cheeseborough. Dear father of Cheryl (d. Norm) Malcom of Cape Breton, Tracy (Mark) of Omemee, Ron (Donna) Berwick of Omemee, Tim (Luella) of Peterborough and Glenn (Laurie) of B.C. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of many. Dear brother of Betty Moore of Peterborough, the late Jean and Madeline, Harold, Harry and Don. Best friend of Jerry Plumpton of Westwood. A special thank you to the nurses Laurie and Debbie, and staff at Riverview Manor for their care and compassion. A private family service was held followed by interment at Little Lake Cemetery.
