LaCHANCE, Henry Jules (Hank) - It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Henry Jules LaChance on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the age of 99. Predeceased by his wife Verna LaChance, loving father of Myrna (Bob) Pentlichuk and Gary LaChance. Also survived by his grandchildren Todd (Christina) Pentlichuk, Terri (Ryan) Haymes and Sandy (late Loc) Nguyen. Great-grandchildren Nicholas Pentlichuk, Jasen Pentlichuk, Maddison Pentlichuk, Tristan Haymes, Autumn Haymes, Katrina Haymes, Isaac Haymes, Corey Nguyen and Lyndsey (Adrian) Lovellel. As well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents May and Jules LaChance. Hank was a Navy veteran, serving in World War II. He was also a 44-year retiree from Dofasco. Hank enjoyed many hobbies and interests throughout his lifetime. Cremation has taken place. A private internment will be held at a later date at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
