In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
TAYLOR, Timothy Patrick Neilson - It is with great sorrow that the family of Timothy Patrick Neilson Taylor announces his passing on October 22, 2020 at the age of 57 years. Tim, the youngest of 6 children, was born April 16, 1963 in the Montreal area and raised in Quebec and Ontario. After graduating high school, Tim enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces (Navy), where he served until an unfortunate accident left him a quadriplegic. Despite all his challenges, Tim chose to live independently. Some of his many interests were the arts, travel, music, scuba diving, painting (by mouth) and helping new paras' and quads adjust to their new lives. Tim will always be remember for his courage and bravery, his uniqueness, his loyalty, humour, generosity and love of nature and animals. Lovingly remember by his sisters, Joan Macey, Wendy Bougie, Peggie O'Byrne, brother-in-law Bradley O'Byrne as well as brother Michael Nielson Taylor. All of Tim's nieces, nephews and friends. The Angels that assisted with our brother's care, with a very special mention to Karen and Hannah. Tim was predeceased by his mother Dorothy Neilson Taylor and brother Douglas E. Neilson. As per Tim's wishes, his Estate is to be donated to the charity of his choice. A celebration of his life will be held in the spring of 2021.
