LeCLAIR, James Albert (Jim) - 73, Lakeville, N.B., died Wednesday, August 24, 2005. Born in Campbellton, N.B., he was a son of the late Albert and Emogeme (Branch) LeClair.Jim served in the Royal Canadian Navy and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He worked as a Commissionaire for over 25 years, attaining the rank of Sergeant. For most of that time, Jim was stationed at the Correctional Services of Canada office in Moncton. He loved the outdoors, trout fishing, bird watching and reading. Jim enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, the former Janet Forrest; daughter, Jennifer (Robert) Lutes, Moncton, N.B.; brother, John, Ajax, Ont.; sister, Marie LeBlanc, Campbellton, N.B.; grandchildren, Cheryl Mullins, Cindy, B.J., Crystal and Kaitlin Lutes; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Allie, Courtney, Tyler and Damien. He was predeceased by his son, Sandy; brother, Chester; and sister, Mae McQuillan. Cremation has taken place under the direction of MacDiarmid's Funeral Home, 5075 Main St., Oxford (447-2930). Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, August 28, in Pine Grove Cemetery, Oxford.
