In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
DALLIN, Robert Aitken (Bob) - Born 1946 passed away November 9th, 2009. Diagnosed with cancer in July, Bob travelled his short journey with dignity and grace, always positive. The love of his life Bernice, daughter Kate, son David, step-son Brad, step-daughter Jenny, six grandsons, sisters Fran and Nan with family and friends will continue his journey together. Bob dedicated his life to the military as a Stoker and later with Sea Cadets. His new career at Brentwood College became the best job ever". He loved life, the ocean, competitive sailing especially on Ooga-Chacka, golfing, curling, being Santa and dancing especially the jive thanks to his three sisters. Bob earned the respect, admiration and affection of all who knew him. Join us for a celebration at the NOTC Gunroom on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Bob wants this to be a fun happy day with lots of stories, laughter, pictures and bright colors. Thank you Country Grocer team, Brentwood College, and Brian and Lisa Dallin for all your tremendous support.
