THOMPSON, Herbert Albert, AB, V30371, RCNVR, MPK - 26 Oct 1941, HMCS CHILLIWACK - Son of Mrs. Lillian Thompson, of Victoria, British Columbia.

 

Able Seaman H. A. Thompson died when he was washed overboard in heavy seas - he lost both his grip and footing and was swept overboard between the edge of the deck and the ship's boat.
