PARKS, Norman Robert (Joe) - Peacefully at Lennox & Addington County General Hospital on Thursday, November 20, 1997, in his 74th year, Norman Parks, beloved husband of Freida Whitcomb, Napanee, dear father of Cecil, Napanee; Dorothy (Mrs. Leonard McCaugherty), Bath; Norman and his wife Carolee, Bath; Mary (Mrs. Rob McClashan), Napanee; Susan (Mrs. Randy Kilpatrick), Napanee; Hugh and his wife Peggy, Kingston; Scot and his wife Terry, Amherstview; brother of Hy and his wife Petty, Ottawa; Reg and his wife Mary, Kingston; Barbara (Mrs. Nick Vipond), Vancouver; predeceased by brother Clarence and his wife May, sisters Eleanor and Shirley. Brother-in-law of Mrs. Norma McNamee, Belleville; Isabel (Mrs. John Stewart), Kingston. Loving grandfather of Jason, Bill, Stacey, Dave, Katie, Jennifer, Samantha, Robert, Melissa, Sarah, Justin, Michael and Breanna. A memorial service will be held in the Wannamker-Tierney Funeral Home, Napanee, on Monday, November 24 at 11 a.m. Rev. Albert Hoppins officiating. Interment St. John's Cemetery, Bath. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family
