SCHRYBURT, Edward Arthur, PO, V6290, RCNVR, died - 01 Jul 1945, HMCS COATICOOK - Son of W.R. Carroll; husband of Anita Schryburt, all of Ottawa, ON.
Petty Officer E. A. Schryburt was accidentally killed onboard HMCS COATICOOK docked at San Diego, California in an altercation with another sailor, resulting of a rupture of spinal cord due to dislocation of cervical vertebrae. He is buried in the Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa, ON.
