SHIBLEY, Francis Roy, SA, V32049, RCNVR, died - 30 Jun 1943, HMCS VISION - Son of Charles and Frances Shibley; husband of Gwendolyn Shibley, all of London, ON.
SA Shibley accidentally drowned off Digby Pier, Digby, NS when he accidentally fell from the pier at night. This accident was due to lack of lighting and poor condition of pier deck. He is buried in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London, ON.
