PHILLIPS, Caswell Ivan, L/Sto, V51352, RCNVR, died - 02 Apr 1945, HMCS UGANDA - Son of Son of Caswell William and Mary Frances Phillips; brother of Merle D. Skimming, of St. James, Manitoba.

 

Leading Stoker C. I. Phillips died at sea aboard HMCS UGANDA due to poliomyelitis bulbar (infantile paralysis). He was buried at sea.
