KNUDSEN, Kenneth Leland - "Gone Home to be with his Saviour" Kenneth Leland Knudsen, age 73 of Sarnia on Sunday, Jul 18, 1999 at St. Joseph's Health Centre. Dear father of Debra Seager and Lee Knudsen of Sarnia and Rick Knudsen and his wife Karen of Toronto. Loving Poppy to Wendy, Cheryl, Michelle, Chris, Ryan, Torrie, Brie-Anne and Erik. Also survived by 6 great-grandchildren. Brother of Connie Cribbin of Sarnia and Jack Knudsen of Corunna. Predeceased by his sisters Jean Knudsen (1927), Barbara Rochon (1997) and a brother Stuart Knudsen (1996). A veteran of World War II, Mr. Knudsen served with the Royal Canadian Navy. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the D.J. Robb Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 20th at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Doug Griffin of the Free Methodist Church officiating. Cremation to follow. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 12 noon until time of service. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Palliative Care Unit of St. Joseph's Health Centre or the New Horizons project of the Free Methodist Church.
Ken's brother Jack Knudsen also served in the Navy during the Second World War.
