FEARON, Donald Paul - Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on August 4, 2022 at 77 years of age. Loving husband of Sonia (nee Adams) for 53 years. Beloved father of Lisa (Cam) and Michael. Proud grandfather of Katlynne and Kiersten. Brother of Richard (Lita), sisters Barbara, Lynn (Jack), and late sister Mary (Nick). Brother-in-law of Janet (Paul), Wilfred (Debbie) and late sister-in-law Linda. Uncle of Terry, Debbie, Kirby, Cory, Kristy, Ian, Mark, Lindsay, Jacquelyn, Derek, Scott and Rick. Great-uncle of Austin, Grace, Davis, Noah, Ben, Myles, Macey, Emma, Ethan, Calleiah, Blake, Brandon and Chantelle. Son of the late John and Marion Fearon. Don, formally of Minto, New Brunswick served three years in the Royal Canadian Navy as an Electrician Apprentice. Following his tour of duty he worked in Toronto at Lincoln Electric. He later became a contract manager in the road building industry. Prior to his retirement in 2011 he operated a combined storage facility/car rental business in Orangeville. Don enjoyed golf, the Blue Jays and engaging conversation. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket. A Memorial service will follow the visitation at 12:30 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association or charity of choice. (The York Region News 09 Aug 2022)
