In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
MAZE, J. F. (Frank) - Peacefully, in his sleep, in his 81st year. Frank was beloved of the staff at Oak Bay Kiwanis Pavilion, who will miss his unfailing optimism and humour as much as we do. He served 25 years in the Royal Canadian Navy, including WW II. Survived by Marian, his wife of almost 58 years, children Sharon Miller (Rob), Gordon (Lorraine) and Randy (Val), and grandchildren Duncan, Sean, Michelle and Chris. Our gratitude to the staff at the pavilion and Dr. MacGregor for their compassionate care over the last 21 years. A private memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oak Bay Kiwanis Pavilion Foundation. (The Victoria Times Colonist 05 Jan 2006)
