In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
COOK, Roseville Elezer - 70, of 21 Sylvia Ave, Halifax, died Saturday in Victoria General Hospital.
Born in Feltzen South, Lunenburg County, he was a son of Eleazer and Alice (McApley) Cook.
He was a navy veteran of the Second World War and a member of the Lutheran Church.
He retired after 27 years with HMC Dockyard, Halifax.
He is survived by his wife, the former Flosie Webber; a daughter, Karlene (Mrs. Keith Hollett), Halifax; two sisters, Mildred (Mrs. John Neaves), Kennetcook; Geneva (Mrs. Leo Mersey), Lunenburg; two grandchildren. He was predeceased by his mother, Lorraine.
The body is in J. Albert Walker Memorial Chapel, Halifax, where funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. Mark H. Innis officiating. Burial in be in Lake Charlotte Union Church Cemetery.
