When Floyd Robert Crawford was born on 7 February 1898, in Ontario, Canada, his father, William Crawford, was 49 and his mother, Isabella Eakins, was 33. He married Bertha Louise Livingstone on 25 October 1923, in Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada. He lived in Peel, Ontario, Canada in 1901. He died in 1987, at the age of 89, and was buried in Brampton, Peel, Ontario, Canada.
