LANE, Keith Aubrey - 68, Londonderry, he was a son of the late George Bertram and Alberta (Toole) Lane. He was a resident of Londonderry for most of his life, where he was a well-known carpenter and electrician. In his younger years, he was a well known baseball player with the Londonderry Ironclads baseball team. He was a veteran of the Second World War, serving in the Royal Canadian Navy. He is survived by his wife, the former Helen Baker; son, Richard, Londonderry; five daughters, Florence (Mrs. Kevin Dobson), Londonderry; Tina (Mrs. Kirk Gratto), Masstown; Karen, Yarmouth; Judy (Mrs. Rick Elliott), Greenfield; Linda, Truro; brother, Clifford, Portapique, Colchester County; three sisters, Marjorie (Mrs. Rolfe Hayward), Crowes Mills, Colchester County; Georgina (Mrs. Myles Rushton), Beulah (Mrs. Rex Trask), both of Bible Hill; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Hattie, Lillian.
Keith is buried in the Mahon Cemetery, Great Village, Colchester Co., NS.
