CHISHOLM, Duncan Forbes, Sto 1c, V49944, RCNVR, killed - 10 Jun 1944, HMCS TEME - Son of Alex. W. Chisholm and of Elizabeth Chisholm (nee MacGillivray), of Dunvegan, Ontario, Canada.
Stoker 1st Class D. F. Chisholm, died in United States Hospital at Creevagh, Londonderry, Northern Ireland as the result of the collision between HMCS TEME and HMS TRACKER on June 10, 1944. He is buried in the Western Cemetery, Cardiff, Glamorganshire, Wales.

* LA CORDELIERE was captured by the British at Portsmouth on 3 July 1940 after the fall of France. Transferred to the Free French Navy but laid up in reserve at Greenock, Scotland. Returned to Cherbourgh on 23 September 1945. Stricken 17 February 1950.
