John's brother, ERA4c Stanley Edward Duddles, died when his ship, HMCS WINDFLOWER was accidentally rammed by a merchant ship in convoy and sank.
John's sister, Lt Constance (Connie) Duddles served in the WRCNS during the Second World War.
