SUTHERLAND, Robert, Tel, V47830, RCNVR, MPK - 08 Aug 1944, HMCS REGINA - Son of Alexander and Margaret Sutherland, of Fort William, Ontario.
Tel Sutherland died when HMCS REGINA was torpedoed and sunk off Trevose Head, Cornwall, England by U-667 while she was aiding a merchant vessel in distress. Thirty of her crew were lost.
