SWALM, Charles Harrison, Lt, RCNVR, MPK - 08 Aug 1944, HMCS REGINA - Son of Phaon H. and Muriel T. Swalm, of Kingston, Ontario.
Lt Swalm died when HMCS REGINA was torpedoed and sunk off Trevose Head, Cornwall, England by U-667 while she was aiding a merchant vessel in distress. Thirty of her crew were lost.
