READY, Kathleen Mary (née TUTAK) - Passed on December 8th, 2021 at Maple View Lodge, Athens. Kay was 98 years old and a Veteran of the Navy W.R.C.N.S. Wife of the late Donald Ready. Mother of Donna Burrows (Larry), Connie Ball (Norm) and Roberta Murphy (Dale). Grandmother of Cori LaPlante, Mark Ready, Kaitlin Murphy, Declan Murphy, Carly Pagliarello and Lauren Ball. Great-grandmother of Aiden and Ethan LaPlante and Emelia and Gabriella Pagliarello. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Bertha (Bradshaw) Tutak, and her son-in-law, Dale Murphy.
She was an accomplished artist and enjoyed many hobbies including quilting, knitting, needlepoint, gardening and baking. She enjoyed spending over 35 years at the cottage on Lower Beverly Lake.
A Private family service will take place at Judson Funeral Home Athens, on Saturday December 11th, 2021, with interment to follow at Robertson Cemetery, Delta.
