In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
RICHARD, Joseph Urban Paul - Born the last child of 12 children to Lucy and Louis Richard in Lac La Biche AB. He was predeceased by 8 siblings. Joe will by missed by his wife Carol, children John (Pat), Kathy Aasen (Garry), Paul (Theresa), Colin, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 sisters. He served in RCN from 1955 to 1980. There will be no service by request but a beer or glass of wine in his honour would be fine. (The Victoria Times Colonist 04 Feb 2023)
