In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
DUBE, Anthony E. (Tony) - Sadly, the family of Tony announce his passing at Health Sciences North in Sudbury on Tuesday, January 25th, 2022 at the age of 79 years. Tony was predeceased by his parents Leo and Viola Dube of North Bay, his beloved wife Elizabeth Anne "Beth" Dube, his brother Aylmer Dube and his sister Shirley McCoy. He was a loving dad to Joanne Ranger (Ian Ptolemy), Anthony Dube (Erica), Michael Ranger (Blossom), Cindy Dube (Scott Seidel) and Janice Lafferty. He will be lovingly remembered by his good friend Bernice Eastman, his grandchildren Cody, Alex, Christian, Mark (Nicole), Nicholas, Connor, Garret, Mason, Samson, CJ "Curtis", Megan, his great grandson Jaxson, his brother-in-law Dalton Carmichael (Karen), and his nieces and nephews. After 9 years in the Canadian Navy, he came back to Northern Ontario and worked in ambulance services in North Bay and Kapuskasing. This led to owning and operating the Sudbury and District Ambulance Service for many years. He finished his career managing the Moosonee Non Profit Housing. Respecting Tony's wishes a cremation will take place. (The North Bay Nuggets 01 Feb 2022)
