Roger
lived life to the fullest. Most remembered for his charming and witty
personality he loved to tell stories from the past and relive happy memories
usually around the kitchen table at numerous family gatherings. He was
especially proud about his time in the Royal Canadian Navy and his beloved
ship the Haida.
Above all, Roger was a man who worked hard to provide for those he loved most- his family. He enjoyed simple pleasures like having a drink on a sunny day with family and friends. He lived a blessed life, married to the love of his life Norma and together they raised three children who were Roger's pride and joy. He lived to see his grandchildren marry and have kids of their own.
Roger touched the lives of many, whether it was a passing conversation with a stranger or countless precious moments with his family, he brought joy to everyone around him. He will be missed by all who loved him dearly and will be forever treasured in our hearts.
