GRANAHAN, Edward John, L/Sig, V7566, RCNVR, MPK - 16 Apr 1945, HMCS ESQUIMALT - Son of Matthew and Margaret Jane Granahan, of Toronto, Ontario. Husband of Frances D. Granahan, of West Saint John, New Brunswick.
L/Sig Granahan died when his ship, HMCS ESQUIMALT, was torpedoed and sunk by U-190 off the approaches to Halifax harbour.
