In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
LILLY, John William - passed away just shy of 65 in Oakville Ont. on April 30 2022. John was born and raised in Burlington Ont. to a family of 6. He left home at an early age seeking adventure and joined the Canadian Navy he served in HMCS ANNAPOLIS and HMCS NIPIGON. He left the Navy to marry and to pursue his passion for carving. John accumulated many great stories over the years, more importantly John found a fellowship of men that he finally felt he belonged with, even though he left the Navy he never left the fellowship. He is sorely missed.
