SNYDER, William Henry (Bill) - 75, Conquerall Bank, died August 6, 1996, at home. Born in Wileville, he was a son of the late Leander and Etta (Wile) Snyder. He was a veteral of the Second World War, serving overseas. Survived by his companion, Arlene Sarty, Bridgewater; daughter, Charmine, Crousetown; sons, Wendell, Western Shore; Gary, Hebbville; Brian, Bridgewater; brothers, Murray, Conqueral Bank; Roy, Pleasantville; sisters, Maggie Snyder, Pleasantville; Greta Hirtle, Dublin Shore; eight grandchildren; a great granddaughter. He was predeceased by his wife Charlotte Cleversey. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Thursday, funeral 2 p.m. Friday, both in Sweeny's Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater. Burial in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Conquerall Bank. Family flowers only. Donations to St. Augustine's Anglican Church, Conquerall Bank, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, or any charity.
