In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
MacFARLANE, Robert William (Bob) - was a kind and likeable man to those close to him. Bob served in the Navy and was a veteran of the Cypress War. He is survived by his beloved and adored wife Helena, his two loved daughters, Tara and Courtney MacFarlane with grandchildren; also leaving his sister Debbie. Bob's passing was a surprise; as suddenly cancer snatched him away. Bob's battle is over here; as he rests in the arms of the Divine Mercy. Visitation will be held at the Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main Street East (east of Sanford), Hamilton, on Tuesday, April 18th from 6 - 8 p.m. Prayers at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 20 Idlewood Ave., Hamilton, on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.
