In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
DEWEY, Helena Eleanor (née NESBITT) - Eleanor passed away peace-fully at her residence at Season Retirement Home in Trenton, ON April 29th at the age of 99 - surrounded by her daughter Angela (Robert) and granddaughter Deanna Marie. She is joining her beloved husband George Philip of 53 years, her parents William and Helena Nesbitt, her sister Elizabeth and her cat Darling. She will be deeply missed by her daughter Angela (Robert) grandchildren: Deanna (Tyler), Kyle (Sam), great-grand-daughter Skye, sister-in-law Carol (Fred), nephew Paul (Carol) her nieces Eleanor (Stan), Nancy (Gary) and many family and friends. Eleanor was a graduate of University of Toronto with a business degree. She then carried on in the Navy and as WREN, a Bell Canada employee, working with the Brighton Skating Club, her many years working actively with St. Paul's Anglican Church in Brighton. A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, May 20th from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Anglican Church 48 Sanford Street, Brighton, ON. Burial to follow at Mt. Hope cemetery.
