LOTHIAN, Judith Sandra (née WOOD) - of Eastern Passage aged 78 passed away peacefully Thursday August 10, 2023, in Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in St. Anne de Bellevue, Que on 20 November 1944 to Edward and Marjorie Wood. Judith is survived by Husband A. John Lothian of 54 years, Son Sean (Jacqueline), Daughter Alexandra, Nieces Catherine, Frances and Nephew Stephen Oliver. Predeceased by parents and sister Olive Oliver. Judith was a member of the RCN Wrens from 1966 to 1970 and moved to Dartmouth to teach at Partridge River School in East Preston which she enjoyed immensely. She then spent her time raising her two wonderful children. She also enjoyed her time as a Liaison Officer with the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo with a variety of groups, many of which she was still in contact with and her time working in returning office for Election NS in the Eastern Passage riding. Donations in Judith’s memory can be made to a charity of your choice. Cremation has taken place care of Eastern Passage Community Funeral Home; there will be no visitation or service as ashes will be committed at sea at later date.
