In memory of those who have Crossed the Bar
FALK, Ray - passed away peacefully on August 28 with his family by his side. Born in Edmonton in 1930, Ray spent most of his life in B.C. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy for many years, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. Ray and his wife Louise (preceded in death) had four children: Susan, Patricia, Randall and Linda, and nine grandchildren. Ray and Louise enjoyed many years of snowbirding and then cruising. Ray was very social and loved visiting with people. His humour and generosity will be remembered by his friends and family. Ray has requested no memorial service and will have a private military burial at sea. (The Okanagan Valley Newspaper Group 08 Sep 2023)
