LEWANDOWSKI, Stanley Steve, Sto 2c, V61813, RCNVR, MPK - 29 Apr 1944, HMCS ATHABASKAN - Son of Stanley and Agnes Lewandowski, of Windsor, Ontario.
Stoker Lewandowski died when his ship, HMCS ATHABASKAN, was torpedoed and sunk in the English Channel.
Stanley's brother, Marian Z. Lewandowski, also served in the RCNVR during the Second World War.
